life stuff

Me and the hubs are super excited! We just paid our membership to a local health club!We will go swimming, use the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym and go to Yoga classes.We start on MONDAY, YAY!I really have missed swimming and where we used to live we used to hire out (by the hour) a private small pool to go swimming, it was awesome but then moved area and couldn't find another like it. I can't wait! It will be so good for my fibromayagia, even on a bad day I can go and use the jacuzzi for some hydrotherapy and go in the steam room, maybe even Yoga will be ok on a bad day, it is very gentle after all.The also have a spa where they have colonic hydrotherapy available which I will definitely have. I've had it before numerous times and it really is a great therapy for removing toxins from the body.I'm still not feeling great with my tummy but I do feel like the ulcer medicine is helping, I guess these things take time to heal.Still no sewing machine! I 'm hoping to get it back Monday, it's been forever!!We're going clothes shopping on Sunday, I want to pick outr a cute Yoga outfit and some pool side flip flop type things.Anyway, hope everyone has a nice weekend.
