WIP

This is a sneak peak of my WIP, she's a bunny doll prototype of a pattern I'm working on. She was going so well until my sewing machine decided to jam up and as hard as I try I cannot get it to work properly, so off to the shop she goes, ugh! I really should buy another sewing machine so at least I have a back up.


Here are the chewable calcium I bought, vanilla flavour. They came in the mail today, so i'll try one after dinner. I really hope they taste ok!;DIt's super important for women to get enough calcium as a preventative to osteoporosis and I personally don't eat any yoghurts or drink cow's milk as I don't digest it so well, so it's important for me to get a supplement.Need another reason to make sure you get enough? Well how about it can help you lose weight? It can also improve premenstral moods and lots more!Ideally we should try to get the most calcium from food. I'm not a dairy fan, so I get mine from sesame seeds, tinned sardines, quinoa and fortified rice milk.From the age of 19- 50 , we need around 1, 000mg per day from a combination of food and supplement. It's really rainy here today, not great when you have 2 little dogs who love a walk. I hope it clears up soon.
