CRAFT 52 week 31

Hi de hi me hearties!

How are you?

The weather here in the UK has been pretty dismal of late, and because of this I have had to amuse myself indoors, for the most part.

Even the poor woof woofs have been having wet play time for the last three days.

So I cracked open the clay, so to speak!

I had something I had been meaning to make for my old bestie for ages and so it I thought the wet weather was a perfect excuse to get cracking with that.

Well, after making her an ice cream miniature, I set about making these yummies.

It was loads of fun and I cannot believe how long it has been since I made anything with clay. I think around 8 or more months.

I know I could do better with practice but I was pretty pleased after such a dry spell that I could make anything at all, haha!

Sometimes it is very frustrating to be whimsical, I would love to master a craft but I flit and fly between so many.

Maybe one day I will be truly good at something ;D

Iced Bundt cake and xmas cookies, yummy, wish these were real!

Notice the shapes?
Heart, star, xmas tree and gingerbread man!

More iced cookies, this time in a miniature glass jar.

This is a gift for a friend, think she will like it??

What shall I make next?

I am sure your friend will like it. The little jar filled with your iced cookies looks great! :) Wish I could make miniatures out of clay. I am hopeless at creating anything small and tiny whatever the craft may be.
