Picture post!

Hi guys!!
I had a lovely day today, the sun was shining, the birds were singing, bliss.

Here is my natural home cleaning products!
From left to right; White vinegar,
surcare (cruelty free) laundry detergent,
Little bottle of orange essential oil,
Granny's soap flakes (cruelty free),
soda crystals,
bicarbonate of soda.

All the above is cruelty free and green too!

I decided to put all of the products into nice jars to make them easy to use and they look nice on display too :)

I'm going to do a vlog on cleaning with natural products sometime this month for you guys!

It was such a sunny day, the pups enjoyed basking in the sunshine :)
They are freshly bathed, don't they look gorgeous!!
Captain Cupcake on the left and Levi sasspirella on the right!

Cute cupcake tins I bought recently for half price in the sale!

The kitchen needed a plant, so I bought this pretty gerbera :)
I don't have a great green finger and things usually die on me, eep, but I am hoping she will fair well.

My pretty tea cups, not everyone's taste but I adore them!
Notice the cupcake tablecloth I got for half price, I do love a bargain!

So very in lub with my new melamine bowls, so vintagey looking! I'm using the smaller one as a fruit bowl and the pink larger one as a nice mixing bowl.

Recent ebay find, vintage little ceramic puppy, had to have him!
I love how innocent and playful he looks, just like a real puppy!

Another ebay find. Kinda strangely beautiful, had to have this, love the pretty colours on this piece so much.

Well, that's it for now, hope you enjoyed looking and comments always appreciated!!

I always love your photo posts, but this one is extra sweet, no sugar added, I presume? And I adore your circus themed layout, been away too long from your blog!

Those teacups are too cute!

So green cleaning products work as well as the chemical-y kinds? I've been wanting to be more eco conscious lately, but I also want to make sure there aren't any germs left around for those with weaker immune systems in my family.

Hi Zannid!

http://alovelylittledeer.blogspot.com/2010/04/walking-walk.html check out that blog entry for more info on clean living.

I just want to say to you that they clean BETTER than the chemical ridden counterparts!
If you have anyone with a weak immune system, let alone any human or pet etc, spraying cancer forming and health depleting chemical ridden chemical cleaners in your home is teh worst thing you can do for their health and well being.
Using clean, healthy products will not harm anyone and will do a better job of cleaning your home.
Take vinegar, it is a natural powerful disinfectant, for one excample.
Email me if you need any help xx

I just saw that post after I commented and have to say, wow, you've really inspired me.

I actually have someone in my family who has leukemia, and so dumping all of these bad for your products seems like a REALLY good idea. Plus the thought that I may be hurting my precious kitties upsets me. I've started making sure my products are cruelty free, but I can't believe I never thought about the animals I have at home!

Thank you for your advice and if I need help I will definitely send you a message! <3
