Life is just a bowl of cherries!

I adore cherries. I love the way they look, taste and the memories of picking the cherry tree in the summer months as a child, heaven.

Cherries are a delish way to increase your health, I try to eat a huge bowl of them at least twice a week.

I like papaya or passion fruit. Don't know if either are superfoods. Spinach, as a savoury, is divine. Shame a big bag becomes so little once cooked (don't like it raw).

I adore raw or cooked spinach, have you ever tried to eat it raw in a nice green salad? It is lovely, almost tastes buttery to me, lovely!

I have and felt it tasted a bit like dirt, hehe. But I'm a soft veggie girl, I don't like 'crunch'. Bit funny on my textures.

My 'new thing' lately is artichokes.

Haha, I am funny on my testures too, never crunchy ones, just those slimy ones like sliced banana, yuk!
